The job was pre-assessed and excellent advice was offered several days before the job was carried out. On the day, Gary arrived on time and he got on with the job after walking me through on exactly what he was going to do. The work was completed to an excellent standard, one that would only be possible with an operator having years of experience and with great skill. We were debriefed after the job was completed and then realised how important this debrief was in gradually bringing back the carpet into full use again.
