This was our first experience of HB Cleaning and it was prefect in every respect. Gary came promptly and was friendly and efficient while estimating the work required. He then came a week later and did a great job of cleaning the carpets (3 rooms and a hall and stairs). He has top of the range equipment and they came up beautifully. Gary did a superb job on our living room carpet - very conscientious in the way he explained all he was doing, giving advice on carpet quality, the best vacuum cleaners and domestic carpet cleaners (which are nothing like the professional kit he uses!) He also advised on aftercare and how to deal with any accidental spillages. We would recommend without hesitation - very thorough, efficient, reasonably priced and reliable - he arrived on time, completed in the timeframe he gave and the carpet was almost dry when he left.
