From start to finish Gary was not only professional but very knowledgeable on our sofa and gave excellent advice as to how we look after it in the future. Excellent service after Carpet stained with red wine spillage. Contacted hb cleaning via email and got a quick responce same day after I sent pictures date for cleaning quickly sorted. Although a heavy stain the carpet was excellently cleaned and stain removed and rest of carpet cleaned. I can't praise proffessional service enough and would recommend to anybody. A great job. Second time using this company in just under 2 weeks-this time to clean dining chairs I had bought second hand.
